About Me

Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer. Psalm 19:14One of my favorite things about being a teacher is answering questions. There is something so satisfying about helping to quench someone's thirst for a specific piece of knowledge. But even more than that, I love answering questions because so often I don't know the answer and I need to go find it. Sure, it's a little extra work, but I have learned so much through the questions other people ask me.

This is my hope for this little corner of the internet. I am passionate about reading the sacred Scriptures from the heart of the Church. I hope to offer answers to questions about the Bible and the faith. I want to pass along the insights that I have received from incredible teachers and mentors. I look forward to sharing reflections, and hopefully sparking new questions.

Scripture is a river, broad and deep. Sometimes we'll be wading with the lambs. And sometimes, God willing, we'll be swimming with the elephants.

Come on in, the water's great!
